What we collect

This is a static website. It does not set cookies, run analytics scripts, or track you across other sites. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it:

• Contact and teaser forms. Name, company, email address, and whatever you write. Forms are delivered to our inbox by email, or through our form provider if one is in use.
• Purchases. The Shop Report is sold through Stripe payment links. Your payment details go to Stripe, not to us; we receive your name, email, and confirmation of payment. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its processing.
• Phone and email. If you call or write, we keep the ordinary business records of that correspondence.

Third-party requests

Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and the request for the font files. No other third-party requests are made by the pages themselves.

How we use it

To respond to you, to prepare and deliver what you asked for, to run engagements under a written agreement, and to keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell or rent personal information. Client cost data is firewalled per our house rules and never shared or reused.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence and engagement records as long as the business relationship and ordinary record-keeping require. Write to info@year2092.com to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, and we will answer plainly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always at this address.
