House rules

Protections

  • No competing quotes, ever. We never submit two clients on the same solicitation, and we never bid against you ourselves.
  • Two shops per lane, maximum. Your capability area stays scarce on our book.
  • Your numbers stay yours. Cost data is firewalled and never shared or reused.
  • Opportunities you pass on may be pursued by our own federal desk under LXXXIV LLC, disclosed in writing, and you get first offer of the manufacturing.

Add-ons

When you need more

  • Funding Readiness, $750. A working-capital map for your contract pipeline: SBA working-capital options, line-of-credit packaging, lender introductions. Included in Federal Dept. Any referral compensation is disclosed.
  • Packaging routing. Military-spec packaging through vetted partners at cost plus 15%, or ship-in arrangements while your team learns.
  • Award rescue. Holding an award you can't source or finish? Flat $500 diagnostic plus a success fee if we save it.
